My Breakthrough process with Dr. Nik was profound and very deep, to say the least. We cleared very old/ancient ego patterns and ancestral traumas (in only one day!) – patterns which were blocking me from stepping out of fear and into my full power and expression in my career. The day after my Breakthrough, I feel as if a rock has been lifted off my chest. It’s like the chains that have been holding me back have been severed, and I can finally run at 100 mph. I was nervous that I would need to confront my demons — and I did, in a sense — but it was a completely different experience than I expected. I thought I would need to focus on the negative energies and fight them, but there was no fight. Instead, I was shown how to look at them in a positive light, ultimately transforming and redeeming them into positive lessons, and how to face such energies in the present and future.
I can feel this in my subconscious as well. A week ago, I had a very vivid dream that I had killed someone, dismembered their body, froze it, and hid it, thinking I would never be found out — but 10 years later, it was discovered. They were now doing tests on it, and it was only a matter of time until it was traced back to me. I woke up horrified. I realized immediately that this was my subconscious telling me that things were about to get real in my session and that the bad energies I’d tried to bury in the past were going to resurface. I was nervous and slightly uncomfortable going in — yet fascinated and excited at the same time to break through. I expected to fight, struggle, and overpower (hopefully) my demons during the session, but that was not the case. Instead, I transformed my demons into angels.
I slept like a baby last night. My subconscious has let me know that I have redeemed myself. I feel lighter because not only are my demons gone and no longer tying me down, but they have been replaced by angels and a guiding light. I am at eternal inner peace and can now achieve my mission in life at the fullest capacity.
